Global Wave Riders Take Note: We ship worldwide to most locations (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other select regions). Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days, so you can start counting down to delivery day almost immediately after placing your order.

1. Standard Express Shipping (A$12.95)

For surfers who want their gear fast, we partner with premium carriers DHL and FedEx to deliver your order in 10-15 business days after dispatch. This reliable service includes tracking from warehouse to doorstep, so you’ll always know when to expect your delivery.

Perfect for: Time-sensitive orders, performance gear before a surf trip, or when you just can’t wait to try your new board.

2. Free Standard Shipping (Orders Over A$50)

For orders over A$50, we offer free shipping via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. While slightly slower than our express option, this cost-effective solution gets your gear to you without extra charges.

Great for: Budget-conscious surfers, large orders, or when you’re planning ahead for the next swell.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your surf gear’s journey from our warehouse in Owens Creek all the way to your local break.

International Delivery Considerations

As we ship globally (with some exceptions), please note:

  • Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations
  • Delivery estimates may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to local conditions
  • We carefully package all boards and fragile items to survive the journey

Our No-Worries Return Policy

If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Please contact our surf-savvy customer service team at [email protected] to arrange returns.

Important: For safety reasons, all returned items must be in original condition with packaging intact. Customized or used items may not be eligible for return.
