Our global shipping (with some exceptions) makes us perfect for surfers worldwide who want reliable access to great equipment.

We specialize in everything surf-related:

Do you sell used equipment?
Occasionally we offer used fins and other items under our “Fins On Special and Used” section. These are carefully inspected and sold at discounted prices. All used items are clearly marked as such in the product description.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most locations! The only exceptions are some remote areas in Asia and a few other select regions. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to email us at [email protected] before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. After dispatch:
- Standard Express Shipping (A$12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
- Free Standard Shipping (orders over A$50): 15-25 business days via EMS
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your surf gear’s journey from our warehouse in Owens Creek all the way to your local break!
Are there any additional import fees?
Depending on your country’s regulations, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and aren’t included in our shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to arrange returns. For safety reasons:
- All returned items must be in original condition
- Packaging must be intact
- Customized or used items may not be eligible for return
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method, but typically takes 3-10 business days.
