Shipping Information
Order Processing
We get your order prepped and ready to ride in 1-2 business days. Our warehouse crew works hard to ensure your surf gear is packed with care before it hits the road (or waves).
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
Not completely stoked with your purchase? No worries! We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging is required (especially important for boards and fins)
- Include your original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Opened Construction and Repair Parts
- Used Fins from our Fins On Special and Used section
- Any customized or personalized items
How to Return
- Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack It Up – Use the original packaging (boards and fins need extra protection)
- Ship It Back – Send to our return address using a trackable service (we’ll provide the address)
- Get Your Refund or New Gear – We’ll process once we receive and inspect your return
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made a mistake (wrong item or defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection takes 3-5 business days
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- Credit card/PayPal refunds take 5-10 business days to appear
- Original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless the return is our error
Exchanges
Want to swap for something else? Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred item isn’t in stock, we’ll issue a refund instead. We’ll ship your exchange within 3-5 business days after receiving your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs.
