We’re based at 83 Buoro Street, OWENS CREEK, AU 4741 and ship worldwide (excluding some areas in Asia and remote locations).

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates only – we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates.

International Orders

You’re responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • Providing accurate import documentation if required

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We offer 15-day returns from delivery date for most items. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused with original tags/packaging
  • Include your receipt/proof of purchase
  • Boards/fins need extra protective packaging

Return Process

  2. Wait for our return approval (within 2 business days)
  3. Ship items back using a trackable service
  4. We’ll process refunds within 3-5 days after receiving your return

Refund Details

  • Refunds go to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless we made an error
